This is how you make an impact

As an Enterprise Planner at NEXT, you will be part of one of our Customer Focus Teams and work closely with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers. Within the team, you are responsible for managing the overall demand of your customer portfolio and translating this into the most effective production plan possible.

On a daily basis, you collaborate with various departments to monitor progress and resolve issues related to production orders, ensuring we meet our customer commitments on time and with the highest quality standards. Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you serve as the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about order status and building strong relationships through regular consultation and proactive support.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the timely delivery of complex, high-quality electronic modules to our leading customers in the high-tech industry. To be successful, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking (HBO level)

  • Experience with planning and operational/logistics processes is preferred, ideally within a manufacturing environment

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively switch between tasks

  • A structured way of working and confidence in making decisions

  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process optimization

Job requirements

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Reviewing, confirming, and maintaining customer orders and forecasts

  • Developing and managing production plans aligned with sales orders

  • (Re)scheduling orders based on material availability, capacity, and customer demand

  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers

  • Collaborating internally with departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Production

  • Performing analyses on delivery performance, revenue realization, Sales & Operations changes, and other relevant metrics, while reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identifying shortages and coordinating follow-up actions

  • Participating in continuous improvement teams and projects

  • Optimizing various logistics processes
