Job description

At our location in Echt, we manufacture advanced cable products for leading customers in the high-tech industry. To further strengthen our engineering organization, we are looking for an accurate and well-structured Engineering Administrator. In this role, you will play an important part in managing product data and supporting the efficient introduction and production of our products.

Make an Impact

As an Engineering Administrator, you are responsible for accurately recording, managing, and maintaining product data within our ERP system, Infor LN. You ensure that Bills of Materials (BOMs), as well as assembly and production routings, are created and maintained on time, completely, and without errors.

You are an important link within the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and contribute to an efficient and reliable product introduction and production process. Thanks to your accuracy, your colleagues always have access to up-to-date and correct product data.

What You Bring to the Team

As an Engineering Administrator, you play a crucial role within our engineering organization. Thanks to your accuracy and attention to detail, our colleagues can rely on accurate product information, enabling production processes to run efficiently.

In addition, we are looking for:

  • MBO+/Bachelor's level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical or administrative field;

  • Experience with ERP systems; experience with Infor LN is a strong advantage;

  • Affinity with technical product structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production processes;

  • A structured and accurate way of working;

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Good command of both Dutch and English;

  • Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week.

Job requirements

When you join us, we provide a comprehensive onboarding program to help you become familiar with our products, processes, and systems. During this period, you will work closely with various departments within Engineering and Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating, managing, and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Infor LN;

  • Creating, managing, and maintaining assembly and production routings in Infor LN;

  • Processing engineering changes and product updates;

  • Verifying product data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency;

  • Coordinating technical information with Account Engineers and other stakeholders;

  • Identifying discrepancies and initiating improvements in data quality and work processes;

  • Ensuring the accurate administrative recording of product and production data.
