Job description

This is how you make impact

As a Quality Inspector, you'll be primarily responsible for visually inspecting our products. You'll also be responsible for process control and implementing improvements where possible. In this role, you'll report directly to the Production Team Leader.

Because you'll be interacting frequently with internal staff, we expect you to have strong social and communication skills and be confident. You enjoy being on the shop floor and know how to engage in coaching conversations with production staff, among others. You're a true team player and committed to ensuring quality.


Furthermore, you possess: 

•        A completed MBO level 4 education in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or mechatronics.

•        Experience in a technical field, but recent graduates are also welcome to apply.

•        Computer literacy, particularly in Excel.

•        Ability to read and review technical drawings and associated documentation.

•        Full-time availability.

•        Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English proficiency.

Job requirements

Your daily responsibilities include

•        Visually inspecting and testing finished and/or semi-finished products.

•        Blocking deliveries, semi-finished products, and components as needed.

•        Reporting quality irregularities in products or work processes and making improvements where necessary.

•        Performing inline inspections during Cable Assembly.

•        Supporting quality engineers in ensuring quality.

•        Recording quality findings.

•        Performing inspections on incoming goods and materials.

•        Training staff on quality and improving it.

•        Reading technical drawings.
