Job requirements

Job content, authority, and responsibilities

  • Internal monthly reporting (IS, analysis of OPEX, COGS, comments to the results, AR, AP, stock ageing etc)

  • Preparation of various financial and controlling reports (incl. Sales / HR / IT-related issues) for group and local management

  • Help with preparation and analysis of business plan, monthly forecast and monthly closing

  • General support for Group Finance management and Finance Director of the Company

  • Analysis of local profit on a monthly basis

  • Financial reviews of pricing proposals and financial reviews of policy proposals

  • Ad hoc internal reporting and analysis based on the request from superior (IS, BS, AR, AP, stock, inventory, HR reports, pricing)

  • Responsibility for ERP Controlling and Reporting

  • Preparing the accruals booking files during the closing

  • Internal controls based on the request from Superior

  • Communication with external audit during the audit periods

  • Other support to superior based on the request

  • Operations / factory business control

  • Working capital and cash management
