This is how you make impact

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are the coordinator of the entire order fulfilment process. From the moment a customer order is received, you take ownership of ensuring it is delivered on time, in full, and according to customer expectations. Acting as the key link between the customer, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics, you oversee the complete process from order entry to final delivery.

You are the primary operational contact for your customer portfolio and work closely with Operational Buyers to ensure materials are available when production needs them. By maintaining an end-to-end overview of the supply chain, you proactively manage capacity, material availability, and delivery performance. When priorities shift, you quickly adapt your planning to keep customer commitments on track.

Due to the continued growth of our organisation, we are looking for several Supply Chain Planners. This means we have opportunities for different levels of experience: from recent graduates looking to start their career in Supply Chain to experienced planners who want to apply their expertise in a complex high-tech manufacturing environment. Depending on your background, experience, and development potential, we will look at where you can make the greatest impact within our Customer Focus Teams. You will become part of one of these dedicated teams, supporting either ASML, ASML-related customers, or Defence programmes. Together with two Production Planners and a team of eight Supply Chain Planners, you ensure excellent delivery performance for our international customers.

This is what you bring to the team

• An MBO or Bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Technical Business Administration, or a related discipline;

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Enterprise Planning, or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not a strict requirement. As we are looking for several Supply Chain Planners at different experience levels, we explicitly welcome applications from both recent graduates with a relevant MBO or Bachelor's degree (HBO) and candidates with several years of relevant professional experience;

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems in a production environment;

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making;

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect different stakeholders across the organisation;

• A proactive, structured, and highly accurate way of working;

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly;

• An outgoing personality with strong ownership, initiative, and collaboration skills;

• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Dutch is considered a strong advantage but is not essential.

Your daily responsibilities include

• Taking end-to-end responsibility for customer orders from order entry through to on-time delivery;

• Analysing customer demand and forecasts and translating them into realistic production plans;

• Working closely with Operational Buyers to ensure material availability and monitor supplier deliveries;

• Identifying risks related to capacity, material availability, and delivery performance, and taking proactive action;

• Releasing, planning, and monitoring production orders within the ERP system;

• Coordinating daily with Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other internal stakeholders;

• Managing delivery commitments and resolving planning or delivery challenges before they impact the customer;

• Analysing supply chain performance and initiating continuous improvement initiatives;

• Maintaining and optimising master data, planning parameters, and forecast information.
